'BAT FIT'


On April 13 I made a declaration that after years of yoyo dieting, I was going to start eating properly and finally get back to my goal weight before my 40th birthday on 26 September 2014 ...

I'm using this page to track my progress (taking the title 'Bat Fit' from the gorgeous Franny who coined the term - see her page here!).

METHOD
Simple - I'm counting calories and making sure I exercise at least 4-5 times per week.  I'm using a food tracker on my phone so that I don't lose track of what I've eaten.

MyFitnessPal - a great tool for your smartphone!

Yoga With Adriene - YouTube channel with lots of yoga workouts, from beginners to advanced - Adriene is awesome!

Sadie Nardini Yoga - another YouTube channel, a bit more advanced ;)

I'm also walking most days of the week - around 30 minutes at a brisk speed in my lunchbreak.

GOAL
Starting weight (8 April 2014):  66.7kg (147lbs)
Goal weight:  55kg (121lbs)

Height:  5'2"
